Is this something that Emanee could join if she's 60 (which if she isn't she will cry about), or does it involve attunment?

Elloa has explained to me that the attunment is required, which I shall commence with the evening, is it possible to have me reserve a spot - as I will be trying to complete the chain before the 28th?

It need attunement and the quest is very long...

8. Then you need to go back in BRD, and kill a lot of mob until you will find a note and bring it to Windsor.

9. Then you need to speak again to Marxwell. He will ask you to kill General Anngeforge and the Golem Argelmach. After that, go back to Windsor which will ask you to escort him. For that we need to clean the way of the escort first.

10. After this you go back to MArxwell. Windsor is waiting you and he want you go to Stormind with him to kill Lady Prestor.

11. Then you can make a little raid in Stormwind for the fight.

12. Windsor is dead, the commander Bolvar give you a broken medal.

13. Go in Wintersrping, in Mazthoril, you follow the blond Haleh. You need to go in a cave until you see the blue rhune next the dragon, and then you can be teleported to Haleh. She know what to do.

14. Then you need to take the dark blood of Drakkisath in UBRS

15. Go back to Winterspring, she will give you the trinket which allow you to go in Onyxa cave.

But maybee in doing this quest, you will lvl some :p and as you plane BRD it's time to do the first step. you will pass your life in BRD for that !
